The following website will provide services to consult in aspects of laboratory medicine and blood donation services. It includes the necessary quality management activities.

In detail the recommendations will be given

    -         to support administrative work,

    -         to develop the quality management handbook,

    -         to develop a form sheet for Standard Operating Procedures,

    -         to write, handle and update Standard Operating Procedures,

   -         to support the self assessment according to the established quality management system.

Especially for developing countries Essential Services Package-programs can be developed to fulfil laboratory medicine tasks with high effort, but lowest possible input of financial resources.
